What’s your return policy?
Merchandise must be returned within 60 days from the invoice date.
Merchandise must be not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges and customs charges are non-refundable.

For our US customers, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping label with your order. We’ve made returns super easy for you:
Put the stuff you want to return in a box along with your invoice.
Stick the prepaid label on it.
Get the box to USPS. Check out usps.com/dropoff for locations.
We’ll take it from there and get your return processed and refunded ASAP.
- Return shipping label of $5.99 will be deducted from the refund.

If the return shipping label is not included in your package, please:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a free return label
- Within 48 hours, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Print and attach the return label to a shipping box. Seal the box and send it to New York!
